Collar Tech’s Round Collar (CRF) models are engineered for vertical packaging machines and tailored to various sealing methods and application requirements. Models such as CRF-1, CRF-2, and CRF-3 offer a wide range of configurations with multiple sealing types and folding direction options. Each model can be supplied as a complete set or as an individual collar.
CRF-1is designed for machines with parallel vertical sealing jaws and supports only AA-type sealing.
CRF-2performs sealing around the forming tube, offering both AA and AB sealing options, along with adjustable sealing width for greater flexibility.
CRF-3is specifically developed for machines where the vertical sealing jaws rotate around the collar axis, and it supports both AA and AB sealing types. It is available in both left- and right-hand configurations.
