Rectangular Collar

Collar Tech’s Rectangular Collar (CKF) models are specifically designed for vertical packaging machines where there is limited space between the filling axis and the machine frame, and where sealing occurs directly on the forming tube. Models such as CKF-1, CKF-2, and CKF-3 provide a broad range of sealing types and folding direction options. Each can be supplied as a complete set or as a collar only, depending on your application needs.

Description

CKF-1supports both AA and AB sealing types and allows adjustment of the sealing width. The folding direction (left or right) is predefined during production and cannot be changed afterward.

CKF-2model supports AA and AB sealing types, but does not allow adjustment of the sealing amount. However, the folding direction can be modified between right and left by replacing certain components on the collar.

CKF-3model supports AA and AB sealing types and provides the capability to adjust the sealing amount. The sealing position can be on the right or left side of the collar’s front edge. The folding direction can be specified as either right or left but cannot be changed after production.
