Oval Collar
Collar Tech’s oval collar models are specifically designed for vertical packaging machines where there is limited space between the filling axis and the machine body, and where sealing is performed on the filling tube. Models such as COF-1, COF-2, and COF-3 offer a wide range of applications with various sealing types and folding direction options. These models can be supplied either as a set or as individual collars.

Description
COF-1model supports AA and AB sealing types and allows adjustment of the sealing amount. The folding direction can be set to either right or left during production, but cannot be changed afterward.
COF-2model supports AA and AB sealing types, but does not allow adjustment of the sealing amount. However, the folding direction can be modified between right and left by replacing certain components on the collar.
COF-3model supports AA and AB sealing types and provides the capability to adjust the sealing amount. The sealing position can be on the right or left side of the collar’s front edge. The folding direction can be specified as either right or left but cannot be changed after production.
