Quadro Collar
Collar Tech’s Quadro collar models are specifically designed for vertical packaging machines where the vertical sealing jaws operate directly on the filling tube. To prevent deformation of the packaging material during production, the collar edges are manufactured with radiused (rounded) corners.
This model supports both AA and AB sealing types and allows for adjustment of the sealing amount when required. The folding direction is determined as either right or left during production and cannot be modified afterward. In addition, sliders positioned on the filling tube allow for the adjustment of corner sealing dimensions, providing high precision and flexibility on the packaging. Our models, such as CQF-1 and CQF-2, offer a wide range of applications with different sealing types and folding direction options. They are available either as a set or as a standalone collar.

Description
CQF-1model is a Quadro collar model with a rectangular cross-section filling tube and collar. This model supports either four-side sealing (corner seals only) or five-side sealing (corner seals plus a back seal). Upon request, the corner sealing jaws can be mounted directly onto the collar, minimizing changeover time and reducing packaging waste during collar replacement.
CQF-2model is a Quadro collar model with a circular cross-section filling tube and collar. The primary advantage of this model lies in the circular filling cross-section, which minimizes product drop time and the risk of product blockage. This model also supports either four-side sealing (corner seals only) or five-side sealing (corner seals plus a back seal). Similarly, the corner sealing jaws can be integrated onto the collar to eliminate downtime and packaging loss during collar changeovers.
