Collar Tech’s baling collar models are specifically designed for baling machines that perform sealing on the filling tube and are used in processes where already packaged products are re-packed with a flexible outer packaging. These machines typically feature product catching grid holes and special openings on the surface of the filling tube that also allow for air evacuation. Our models, such as CBF-1 and CBF-2, offer a wide range of applications with different sealing types and folding direction options. They can be supplied either as a set or as an individual collar.
CBF-1model supports AA and AB sealing types and allows adjustment of the sealing amount. The folding direction can be set to either right or left during production, but cannot be changed afterward.
CBF-2model supports AA and AB sealing types, but does not allow adjustment of the sealing amount. However, the folding direction can be modified between right and left by replacing certain components on the collar.
