Collar Tech\u2019s Quadro collar models are specifically designed for vertical packaging machines where the vertical sealing jaws operate directly on the filling tube. To prevent deformation of the packaging material during production, the collar edges are manufactured with radiused (rounded) corners.<\/p>\n
This model supports both AA and AB sealing types and allows for adjustment of the sealing amount when required. The folding direction is determined as either right or left during production and cannot be modified afterward.\nIn addition, sliders positioned on the filling tube allow for the adjustment of corner sealing dimensions, providing high precision and flexibility on the packaging.\nOur models, such as CQF-1 and CQF-2, offer a wide range of applications with different sealing types and folding direction options.
